We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our growing team initially on a 6 month fixed term contract.

This role is essential to the smooth operation of our HR function and offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support HR functions including, onboarding, training coordination, performance reviews, and employee offboarding
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave entitlements, and general HR processes
  • Prepare HR documentation including employment contracts, variation letters, and onboarding packs
  • Track employee attendance, leave balances, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
  • Provide administrative support for HR programs such as employee engagement, wellness initiatives, and training & development
  • Generate regular HR reports
  • Assist in the implementation of HR projects such as policy reviews, process improvements, and system upgrades

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong data entry and database management skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels
