Position Overview & Purpose:

As an HR Administrator for our people systems, you will play a key role in ensuring that headcount and pay cost planning cycles run smoothly in our PayCost Tool (SAP Analytics Cloud). You will maintain and enhance the regional design and configuration of selected modules of SuccessFactors, working closely with business owners to support HR teams, compensation processes, and ongoing system requirements. Your focus will be to ensure that our systems remain accurate, user-friendly, and effective in enabling end users to complete their tasks efficiently.

What you will deliver (Key Deliverables & Responsibilities):

• Develop and maintain deep system knowledge to implement process and system changes, including configuration, permissions, workflows, and notifications.
• Ensure the single design for AEI is maintained, with any deviations well justified.
• Implement new requirements following the new demand process.
• Manage half-yearly release updates and collaborate with IT and HR teams to determine the enablement plan.
• Maintain system configuration documentation (workbooks).
• Provide hands-on SAC support for the planning cycles.
• Provide ongoing support to local C&B teams, including maintaining and updating the HR knowledge base, and delivering training sessions.
• Support end users by resolving SAC and SuccessFactors-related service desk tickets and managing interactions with Accenture and SAP for ticket resolution.
• Keep your SAC and SuccessFactors knowledge and accreditation up to date.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Technical or end-user expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud administration
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation/Variable Pay is a must, with knowledge of other modules being highly desirable.
• 3+ years of C&B admin/analyst experience.
• Solid understanding of HR compensation processes and HR data structures.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Proficiency in English.
