We are looking for a motivated HR Administrator (f/m/d) to join our team for at least 18 months with option of extension or delimitation. This position is ideal for graduates or early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in HR operations within a structured and supportive environment.

Your key responsibilities:

  • SAP Data Maintenance: Perform accurate and timely updates of employee data in SAP HR systems, following established procedures and standards.
  • Time & Attendance Management: Maintain and monitor working time records, absences, and leave requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Benefits Administration: Support the management of employee benefits programs, including processing enrollments and responding to queries, within a clearly defined framework.
  • Document Management: Handle HR documentation (contracts, letters, compliance records), ensuring proper filing, confidentiality, and adherence to company standards.
  • Payroll Support: Prepare and verify payroll-relevant data and liaise with payroll teams to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate administrative processes along the employee lifecycle, based on standardized workflows.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Assist with HR reporting and ensure adherence to legal and company requirements, reliably executing agreed standards.

Your skills:

  • Completed business training with a focus on HR administration (e.g. Personaldientleistungskauffrau/-mann, Personalfachkauffrau-/mann) or a relevant degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently within a clearly defined framework and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP HR and/or Success Factors is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (spoken and written)
  • Service-oriented mindset and reliability in executing standardized Tasks
