ArborOne Farm Credit provides loans to farmers and rural residents in 12 counties in the Pee Dee region of South Carolina. We are a cooperative, which means we are in business to benefit our customer-owners. ArborOne Farm Credit is seeking a Human Resources Administrator / Assistant Corporate Secretary to administer a wide range of human resources programs and activities in support of the Association’s overall business plan and strategic direction. This position plays a key role in advancing organizational effectiveness by supporting talent management, employee engagement, compliance, and workforce planning initiatives.
The HR Administrator will serve as a resource to leadership and staff by providing guidance on human resource needs, policies, and procedures while ensuring consistency, confidentiality, and alignment with organizational goals. In addition to HR responsibilities, this position supports the Association’s business objectives through coordination of board-related and corporate governance functions, contributing to effective governance, compliance, and organizational integrity.
