What you will do:

• Manage HR administration processes, including onboarding and offboarding

• Provide support for time management and benefits administration platforms

• Coordinate and complete the Business Travel registration process for international employees traveling to Switzerland

• Maintain accurate HR records across multiple HR systems

• Act as a point of contact for international employees on HR administration topics

• Collaborate with external service providers on HR administration matters across different countries

• Contribute to HR projects focused on globalisation, harmonisation, and process efficiency, including automation initiatives

• Support HR Specialists and Senior Specialists with various administrative tasks

What you bring & who you are:

• Certificate/Degree in Human Resources or a related field

• Ideally 2 years of experience in HR administration within an international matrix environment

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems such as SuccessFactors and SAP HCM

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Adaptable, proactive, and open to new ideas and processes

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Fast learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and systems quickly

• Languages:

  • English: Business fluent (official working language)

  • Spanish: Highly beneficial for local integration

  • German: Valuable asset (HQ in Switzerland)
