Position Summary

SyBridge Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR administration, employee records management, HRIS maintenance and onboarding activities.

This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate employee data, maintaining organized HR documentation, and supporting HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and organized employee personnel files and HR records.
• Assist with employee data entry, updates, and record maintenance within the HRIS.
• Support onboarding and offboarding administration and related documentation.
• Prepare and maintain HR forms, templates, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain organizational charts and HR tracking logs.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects as needed.
• Assist with HRIS administration, including employee data maintenance and system updates.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and spreadsheets.
• Partner with HR team members to improve data management and administrative processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of HR Administration, HR Assistant or HR Coordinator experience.
• Experience working with HRIS systems such as BambooHR, Rippling, ADP Workforce Now, or similar platforms.
• Strong employee records management and HR administration experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S./ Canada based HR operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to employee onboarding, HR compliance, and personnel records management.
