HR Administrator

Full-Time | Manufacturing Environment

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting people? Join our team as an HR Administrator and play a key role in supporting recruiting, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

In this position, you'll work closely with our HR team to help create a positive employee experience while ensuring accurate records, smooth processes, and exceptional administrative support.

What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
• Support onboarding activities and new hire documentation
• Enter and update employee information within the HRIS
• Assist with employment verifications and HR reporting
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• Support pre-employment processes, including background checks and drug screenings
• Prepare offer letters, onboarding packets, and orientation materials
• Assist with job fairs, recruiting events, and employee engagement activities
• Coordinate training schedules, records, and attendance tracking
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team
• Assist with various HR projects and initiatives

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of HR, administrative, or office support experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within Human Resources

Additional Information

• Travel up to 15%
• Safety glasses and steel-toe boots required while in production areas
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Standing and walking for extended periods may be required
