ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our team in our Wangara head office. As the HR Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support across our Human Resources, Recruitment and Training functions, helping to ensure our people processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Monitor and work in the HR, Recruitment and Training inboxes, responding to and directing enquiries as required.
  • Support onboarding activities, including inductions, PPE, training requirements, IT equipment and employee communications.
  • Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including candidate communications, pre-employment checks and onboarding.
  • Support internal employee movements, probation reviews, performance and development reviews, and other key employee lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting regular workforce reporting.
  • Coordinate and schedule compliance, technical and professional development training for corporate and site-based employees.
  • Support the administration of SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) modules, including training records, course assignments and completion reporting.
  • Liaise with apprentices, supervisors and Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to coordinate apprenticeship, training and qualification requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Contribute to a safe, collaborative and inclusive workplace.

To be successful, you will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

  • Strong administration, organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence communicating with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A positive, proactive and collaborative approach with a strong customer service focus.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate employee records and data.
  • Confidence using HR systems, Microsoft Office and other business systems; experience with an HRIS or LMS would be advantageous.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance.
  • Valid Australian working rights.
