WOOD is hiring for HR Administrator role for Gurugram Location.

• Manage employee enrollment, updates, and terminations across various benefit programs, including Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and other company-sponsored benefits.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual benefits reports, dashboards
• Maintain accurate benefits data within HR systems and ensure timely updates to employee records.
• Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documents, work instructions, and knowledge management repositories.
• Coordinate with payroll teams to process benefit-related deductions, adjustments, reconciliations, and error corrections.
• Manage UK benefits administration activities, including vendor invoice validation, processing, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Ensure timely payment of benefits invoices and collaborate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform regular audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
• Support benefits renewals, annual enrollment activities, and employee benefit communication initiatives.
• Act as the point of contact for employee queries related to benefits, eligibility, coverage, deductions, and enrollment status.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, HR Business Partners, payroll teams, finance teams, and external benefit providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor service delivery performance and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and operational controls.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
• Utilize Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data validation, and reporting tools for analysis and reporting.

• Business or HR Degree or relevant qualification is ideal, but not essential
• Guidance please – English qualification to achieve candidates with a high degree of written/spoken English
• Strong skills in Excel and Word.
