Job Description

Flintwood Disability Services is seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to support the delivery of effective HR and compliance processes across the organisation.

This position requires a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records and build positive working relationships with employees and stakeholders. You will collaborate with leaders, managers and employees to support employee experience and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR administrative support including employee records management, documentation and employment changes
  • Manage HR systems and employee databases, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the HRIS
  • Respond to employee and manager enquiries and provide first-line support for HR matters
  • Maintain compliance and employee records, ensuring certification requirements are tracked and monitored
  • Prepare HR and compliance documentation, reports, letters and correspondence
  • Support recruitment administration and employee lifecycle activities
  • Assist with compliance tracking, audits, reporting requirements and workforce documentation
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities

Qualifications

  • Certificate IV in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Experience in high-volume HR administration
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
