About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a full time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and is passionate about supporting people, processes, and workplace culture. As the HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day to day operations of the HR function, including onboarding,
employee records management, recruitment coordination, rostering support, and
general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and preparing contracts
  • Support payroll and timesheet processes where required
  • Assist with staff rosters and workforce scheduling
  • Manage and maintain employee information through Employment Hero
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for staff as required
  • Organise and manage staff uniforms, including ordering and distribution
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with maintaining compliance with Fair Work and workplace legislation
  • Prepare HR reports and update internal systems
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects as needed

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in an HR Administration or similar administrative role
  • Experience using Employment Hero or similar HR/payroll systems
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
