ROSEN Mexico, based in Boca del Río, Veracruz seeks to employ a HR Administrator.

HR Administrator under the direction of the Head of Human Resources, will provide efficient administrative services and will collaborate with the HR Team. Accurate input and processing of data into HR software systems is part of this function.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities and major duties of the position include the following (not limited to):

• Update and maintain all existing employee records using the organizations integrated HR Software Systems.

• Create and maintain electronic personnel files, ensure files are current by scanning documents into personnel files.

• Maintain and process all information in the time management system and issue time clock badge for the time management system.

• Manage the employee onboarding process and ensure all contracts of employment are produced and sent to the employee with all relevant documentation.

• Assist with on-boarding process and ensure completion of all new hire paperwork.

• Being the focal point for all candidate questions and ensure all pre-boarding requirements are communicated to selected candidates and compliance requirements are met before their first day.

• Assist in Payroll Process.

• Process employee information, including new hires and terminations, PTO, annual leave, etc. and ensure all relevant staff changes are processed for payroll.

• Provide timely customer service to all employees queries with regards to HR policies, procedures, etc.

• Design and produce reports from the HR database to help compile management information and reports.

• Assist the Regional/Sectoral HR Manager in monitoring and maintaining HR policies and procedures.

• Provide other administrative assistance and fulfill general administrative work

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Human Resources preferred

• Recent HR Internship

Qualification or Skills:

• Basic knowledge of HR function and processes preferred

• Knowledge of federal, state and local labor and employment laws as well as HR practices

• Have excellent customer relations skills

• Work individually, as well as in a team environment with minimum supervision

• Must have strong organization and time management skills.

• High ability to multi-task with little margin for error

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• SAP or other HRIS experience a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.

• Ability to maintain highly confidential nature of human resource information.

• Computer savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly.
