HR Administrator
Are you an organised, detail-oriented HR administrator who thrives on creating seamless employee experiences? Do you have a knack for keeping systems tidy and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks?
We are looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join our team in a part time capacity 25-30 hours per week. In this role, you will be the "engine room" of our HR function, coordinating everything from the first "hello" during recruitment to the final "good luck" during offboarding.
The Role
As our HR Administrator, you will take full ownership of our HRIS ( Employment Hero) and manage the end-to-end administrative lifecycle of our team. You’ll be there to provide key support to senior staff and managers regarding documentation, compliance, and reporting.
