As our organisation grows, the need for clear HR guidance, strong employee support, and consistent people practices has never been more important. We are hiring an HR Administrator to join our established HR team, working collaboratively to provide proactive, pragmatic, and people‑focused support across the business.
This role plays a key part in ensuring managers are confident in leading their teams, employees feel informed and supported, and our HR processes run smoothly from day to day.
The Role in Two Sentences
Assist the HR team with providing timely, accurate, and solutions‑focused HR advice to managers and employees, ensuring best practice, legal compliance, and a positive employee experience.
Support the delivery of core HR processes including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and people initiatives.
What You’ll Do
As our HR Administrator, you’ll have an overview of a wide range of HR matters, offering clear, balanced, and professional assistance. You’ll provide administrative support when the HR teams deals with employee relations cases, help managers navigate policies and procedures, and ensure our HR processes remain compliant and consistent.
You’ll manage onboarding and offboarding, maintain accurate HR systems and records, and contribute to the development of HR policies.
You’ll also support HR reporting and analytics, work closely with payroll and finance on data accuracy, and participate in people‑focused projects including wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
Fluency in Spanish is advantageous but not essential.

This role is central to how effectively our people function supports the business. You’ll sometimes manage multiple cases at once, work to tight deadlines, and be involved in the HR process through sensitive situations.

What You’ll Bring (Experience & Skills)
• Proven experience in a previous HR role.
• Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build trust at all levels.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise and remain steady under pressure.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
• Spanish language skills (spoken and written) desirable but not essential.
