You’ll also be involved in talent initiatives, performance management, and benefits administration, making a real difference in both employee satisfaction and business success.

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of internal policies and procedures impacting workforce, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Payroll management.
  • Support the administration of employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. Ensure that employees are well-informed and supported in the use of their benefits.
  • Ensure that all compensation and benefits practices comply with applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Support Budget planning activities associated with workforce and labor costs.
  • Collaborate with ad hoc projects related to talent management, performance management, and compensation review.
  • Collaborate with the Shared Services Center to document and optimize people processes, improving the employee experience.
  • Manage correspondence with employees and external authorities.
  • Perform employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Provide administrative support in individual employee cases, such as complex leave or long-term sick leave.
  • Address employee concerns and complaints, provide support in conducting investigations as necessary to ensure timely and fair solutions.
  • Support settlements, including calculations, in collaboration with local legal teams and People Partners.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Iberian best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite, Workday knowledge is a plus.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in payroll management
  • Previous experience in an administrative Generalist position or in a similar capacity.
