Hexa People is seeking an HR Admin & Payroll Team Leader.
You will lead a team of HR Admin specialists providing top-tier administrative and pre-payroll support for operations in Italy. You will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and KPI delivery, serving as a strategic partner to the Italian HR and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Supervise and develop the HR Admin team.
- Payroll & Compliance Coordination: Oversee the Italian pre-payroll cycle (time management, absences, overtime) and ensure strict compliance with Italian labor laws and National Collective Agreements.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of payroll management or HR operations experience in structured environments, with proven team leadership or coordination background.
- Languages: Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with HRIS and payroll tools (SAP/HR, ADP preferred) and knowledge of Italian payroll legislation and social security obligations.
- Skills: Excellent analytical capabilities, sharp attention to detail, and a strong customer-service mindset.
