Job Role

The HR & Administration Supervisor will serve as the primary HR and administrative representative for the company's Indonesian operations, overseeing recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll administration, labor compliance, office management, and coordination with regional and headquarters stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance with local employment regulations and corporate policies.

Working closely with both local employees and international management teams, the successful candidate will support workforce planning, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, expatriate support, and organizational development initiatives. This position is ideal for experienced HR and administration professionals who possess strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, payroll processes, and cross-cultural communication within multinational environments.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and probation management.

  • Administer the complete employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, employee records, confirmations, transfers, resignations, terminations, and personnel documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, company policies, employment standards, and internal HR procedures.

  • Manage payroll processing, attendance administration, employee income tax coordination, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and employee benefits administration.

  • Handle employee relations matters, employee communications, grievance management, and workplace policy implementation.

  • Oversee office administration activities including procurement coordination, asset management, facility administration, meeting arrangements, and general office operations.

  • Support expatriate employees with immigration documentation, work permits, visas, residence permits, and related administrative requirements.

  • Assist in localizing and implementing headquarters HR policies, employee handbooks, corporate initiatives, and organizational programs.

  • Maintain effective communication and reporting with headquarters regarding HR activities, workforce updates, compliance matters, and operational developments.

  • Coordinate with government agencies, external service providers, recruitment partners, and other stakeholders as required.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Personnel Administration, HR Operations, HRGA, or related functions.

  • Strong experience handling recruitment, payroll administration, BPJS management, employment contracts, labor law compliance, employee relations, and HR operational activities.

  • Experience supporting multinational organizations, foreign-invested enterprises, manufacturing companies, engineering organizations, or Chinese-funded businesses is highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, employment regulations, payroll processes, BPJS administration, and employee lifecycle management.

  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, Kalibrr, and other talent acquisition channels.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and standard HR administration systems.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural coordination capabilities.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality awareness, adaptability, and problem-solving capability.

  • Able to work independently while effectively collaborating with local and international stakeholders.

  • Native-level Bahasa Indonesia communication skills are mandatory.

  • Professional Mandarin Chinese communication capability (minimum HSK 5 level or equivalent) is required for daily coordination with headquarters.

  • Good English communication skills are required for business communication and multinational collaboration.
