Human Resources and Payroll Operations in MSO, PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.

We are looking for:
HR Administration Senior Specialist

Your future role:

  • Management of HR administration processes, including employee onboarding and offboarding,

  • Handling employment changes and maintaining employee documentation in compliance with applicable regulations,

  • Preparation of HR documentation (contracts, annexes, terminations, employment certificates, etc.),

  • Administration of employee absences (vacation, sick leave, parental leave),

  • Maintaining and updating data in HR systems, ensuring its accuracy and completeness,

  • Preparation of social security (ZUS) documentation as well as HR reports and statements (e.g., Z‑06, Z‑05, Z‑12, GUS),

  • Collaboration with the payroll team to ensure consistency across HR and payroll processes,

  • Providing services to clients in an outsourcing model while maintaining high quality of delivery,

  • Supporting HR advisory projects, including process analysis, identification of improvement areas, and development of recommendations.

Apply if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in operational or administrative HR (e.g., in an internal department or outsourcing/consulting company),

  • Very good knowledge of HR processes and fundamentals of labor law,

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines,

  • Understanding of HR process frameworks within an organization and an analytical mindset,

  • Very good command of English (minimum B2),

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel,

  • A proactive attitude and a “can‑do” mindset,

  • Ability to analyze data and processes and draw conclusions and recommendations,

  • Confidence in using modern technologies and AI‑based tools in daily work (e.g. automation, data analysis, smart content creation).

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of HCM systems (e.g., Enova, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM),

  • Experience in project-based work, including involvement in client implementations, design and transformation of HR processes on the client side, and supporting project governance, with a strong focus on optimization, standardization, and improving operational efficiency,

  • Basic knowledge of payroll processes, including understanding payroll calculation, compensation components, and cooperation between HR and payroll.
