Could you be the full-time HR Team Senior Analyst with Dutch in Cluj-Napoca we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your HR expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to the HR Administration Team Leader and work alongside passionate, motivated, and dedicated teammates.

You will be accountable for delivering an outstanding employee and manager experience as part of our HR Operations Centre. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business to enhance HR processes, support compliance, and ensure seamless operations.

You’ll specifically take care of processing service requests and managing employee documentation, but also handling payroll and employment-related queries.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Handling service requests (e.g., creation of employee documentation, payroll-related queries, recruiting support) via Salesforce portal, email, chatter, and/or phone, and processing them using the Case Management Tool and/or relevant HR systems

  • Creating and managing employee documentation, including archiving

  • Ensuring SAP/HR Connect data entry of organizational management and personal administration

  • Providing first-level support for HR systems

  • Handling payroll and employment-related queries

  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements for processing requests (e.g., Consent to Use of Data, Security Questions)

  • Following work instructions for the service/country relevant to the request and ensuring compliance with specific policies and procedures

  • Keeping records of all open requests and conducting regular follow-ups until their completion

  • Allocating requests with specific process/language/country requirements to the relevant colleagues as appropriate

  • Creating or requesting supporting documents required for processing service requests

  • Running standard and ad hoc reports on request for customers and other HR Operations stakeholders

  • Excellent customer and interpersonal skills

  • Good customer service or HR knowledge

  • Language proficiency: Dutch or French (Advanced); English (Advanced); Any other language is a plus

  • Education: Degree-level qualification
