Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting HR processes? We’re looking for an HR Administration Officer to be the backbone of our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start in a key administrative role and grow into more soft HR responsibilities as you develop.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep things running smoothly: Create purchase orders, approve invoices, and manage payroll files for Finance.
  • Be the data hero: Maintain accurate input in our HR system and follow up on key reports
  • Support our people: Handle general queries in the HR mailbox and ensure onboarding processes are seamless.
  • Add value: Prepare presentations for the Works Council and contribute to HR projects.
