Due to the promotion of a valued team member, we're seeking a HR Administration Assistant to join our friendly and high-performing HR team based at our Bundall Head Office. Come join our People & Culture team full time as an Administration Assistant in our National Office located in Bundall on the beautiful Gold Coast, in hybrid working (working from home plus days in the office) - Residential Aged Care Providers Australia | Infinite Age Care (infin8care.com.au)

The Role: As an Administration Assistant, you will play a key part in ensuring business enquiries are picked up and handled via phone or email with A-Class customer service, support monthly accounts reconciliations including corporate card transactions, raise goods and services purchase orders, and carry out general HR administration tasks as directed by the HR leaders, with a high degree of attention to detail and quality in your work.

This isn't just any role. Along with supporting our HR function, you'll also provide backup phone coverage, coordinate office supply orders, assist with travel bookings when required, manage credit card reconciliations, help maintain shared office spaces, including loading and unloading the dishwasher, and support the team with general administrative requests as needed. No two days are the same, making this the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly.
