Job Description

  1. Provide efficient and courteous assistant services and ensure all assigned administrative duties are performed promptly.
  2. Coordinate and facilitate your executive’s calendar and arrange appointments, conferences, and travel.
  3. Handle department-related administrative matters, such as organizing departmental activities, preparing office supplies, etc.
  4. Budget for and manage general office needs, purchasing for ergonomic office requirements of employees, peripherals, etc.
  5. Handle and prioritize all internal & external correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.) for assigned executives with varying sensitivity or levels of confidentiality.

Minimum Qualification

  1. Native or bilingual proficiency in Japanese

Able to handle internal/external coordination using appropriate Keigo (honorifics), write business emails, and communicate effectively with employees. (JLPT N1 or equivalent level is required).

  1. Business-level English proficiency

Able to facilitate coordination with the overseas headquarters, handle email correspondence, and participate in meetings in English.

  1. Hands-on experience with MS Office (including data extraction in Excel), MS Teams, and MS Forms.
