Job Summary:

The position is responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resources and Administrative functions, ensuring effective recruitment, staff management, compensation, performance evaluation, workplace safety, and overall HR operations aligned with organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and staff orientation processes
  • Manage employee records, ID issuance, attendance, leave, and performance evaluations
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, allowances, and payroll coordination with banks
  • Monitor HR costs, budget tracking, and prepare management reports
  • Support strategic planning and annual staff evaluations
  • Supervise administrative operations including transportation, correspondence, meetings, and internal communications
  • Ensure workplace health and safety compliance
  • Maintain effective communication and working relationships across the organization

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Monthly HR & Administration cost reporting
  • Staff turnover rate
  • Budget management and tracking
  • Internal communication effectiveness

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle pressure
  • Willingness to travel when required and deliver presentations effectively
