Job Title- HR Admin Specialist
About the Role
This role supports the company’s HR and administrative operations across multiple locations within Belgium. You will manage recruitment needs, execute end‑to‑end hiring, coordinate payroll with accounting partners, and handle daily office administration including supplies, invoices, and vendor communication. You will also organize safety and compliance training for sales points and ensure smooth office maintenance. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and occasional short trips within Belgium.
Responsibilities
· According to the company's recruitment process and business development needs, coordinate and count the recruitment needs of each city, and prepare annual personnel recruitment plans
· Use various recruitment channels to publish recruitment advertisements and seek recruitment agencies
· Carry out recruitment, selection, interview, selection and placement work
· Communicate with accounting firms to calculate staff salaries with social security
· Purchase and equip the company's employees with the tools needed for daily office
· After receiving the invoice, the internal system submits the fee and payment application, and the document is included
· Maintain the relationship between existing partners, develop new partners and compare quotations 8. Arrangement and follow-up of fire protection, insurance, safety and first aid courses and other aspects of each sales point
· Daily maintenance of the office location
Requirements
· Dutch C1 or above, Chinese
· Bachelor's degree or above. Master the knowledge system of human resource management, human resources, management-related majors or HR work experience is preferred
· Understand the relevant information of Belgian labor law, have the ability to analyze positions, be familiar with the recruitment process and recruitment channels of enterprises, have rich interview experience, and be able to carry out recruitment work independently
· Good at communication and coordination, with good sensitivity, accept short-term business trips in Belgium.
