GBS H2R ELC is looking for a Portfolio lead for HR admin and related services. This role is for single-point global ownership of HR admin as a service. This includes all aspects of the business – strategic to operational to transformational.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Direction: define the portfolio vision, strategy and roadmap, aligning with the overall business objectives.
  • Portfolio Management: Define, update and sustain an optimal portfolio across HR admin (and allied services such as Location specific services, Reporting services this would include services to be offered, not offered, set up in which it should be offered, etc.
  • Delivery model design including location optimization: Outline an ideal delivery model for the services and work with hubs and countries to achieve the end-state in a timebound manner.
  • Digitalisation: Drive extreme digitalization across the portfolio to simplify the landscape, eliminate waste and bring superior end-user experience, while being effective and efficient
  • Achieve Efficiency goals Responsible for driving Productivity and VCC targets globally for H2R HR admin services. This would involve working with Hubs and countries to ensure systematic identification and achievement of levers. Also actively seeking opportunities for process optimization and automation
  • Global Process Ownership: Accountable for the entire lifecycle of HR admin services, from design and implementation to monitoring and improvement.
    • Process Design and Improvement: Design, implement and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and stakeholder experience.
    • Performance Measurement and Reporting: Define and track KPIs, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement using data analysis.
    • Standardization and Harmonization: Standardise processes to maximum extent possible, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with various H2R and P&O stakeholders, business units, regional teams, SCM and IT, to ensure alignment and support for portfolio management

  • You have experience of managing HR Admin and related services in the Shared Services industry, specifically in Siemens H2R. And have managed fair size operations for a country or a region or a client.
  • As part of this experience, you understand metrics and KPI and how they are evolving in this digitalized world.
  • You also bring the knowledge of what our clients are looking for when it comes to Services such as HR admin.
  • You understand our landscape of systems and how they work with each other.
  • You bring a solutioning mindset and have experience with process design, taxonomy definition, operating model definition.
  • You have a good understanding of AI and GenAI solutions in the market and within Siemens.
