Temp HR Admin/ Recruiter

Location: Houston, TX 77073

Shift: 8am-5pm M-F

Pay: $23-$25/ hour

Duration: 3 months

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department and assisting in the smooth operation of daily HR functions. This position involves coordinating various HR activities mainly focused on recruiting functions, handling office administration tasks, and assisting employees with onboarding.

Qualification:

• Proven experience in an administrative or HR role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Hold intake calls with manages
• Requisition posting
• Send resumes to managers, schedule interviews, and make offers
• Schedule and assist with entire onboarding and orientation process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas industry preferred
• Bilingual English/ Spanish a plus.
• Must pass background and drug screen
