Key Responsibilities:

  HR Strategy and Policy Development

  Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives

  Review

  and manage comprehensive HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and industry best practices

  Recruitment and Talent Management
• 
  Manage the recruitment process

  including sourcing, interviewing

  Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain skilled employees
  .

  Oversee onboarding

  and development programs for all employees

  Performance Monitoring, Compensation and Benefits

  Implement performance evaluation systems and establish clear performance metrics

  Develop training and development initiatives to improve employee skills and competencies

  Review compensation structures to ensure fairness and competitiveness.

  Manage compensation processes including monthly payroll and administer employee benefits programs.

  Review and update the company's benefits and compensation policies as needed

  Employee Relations and Compliance
• 
  Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.

  Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations

  and company policies.

  Handle employee relations issues

  Administrative Operations
• 
  Facilitate smooth flow of sales order processing to ensure operational efficiency.

  Act as liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication to optimize processes and maintain raw material and finished goods product quality

  Manage various on-site activities to create and maintain a safe and well-organized working environment conducive to productivity.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 
  Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR and Administration Management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  .
• 
  Demonstrable conversance and strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and regulations.
• 
  Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• 
  Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
  .
• 
  Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• 
  Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
