Location: Mangrol, Near Panoli, Surat, Gujarat

Reports to: Managing Director / Director

Compensation: INR 15 - 18 LPA

Industry: Manufacturing (INR 50 Cr+ turnover); process / chemical / plastics preferred

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience

Team: Leads a team of 4 - 10 people

Role Summary

• Senior leadership role owning industrial relations, statutory labour compliance, core HR and overall plant administration.

Requirements

Industrial Relations & Compliance

• Manage industrial relations for the workmen and contract labour workforce.
• Ensure compliance under the Factories Act, PF / ESI, Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, Payment of Gratuity, Bonus and Minimum Wages laws, and the Labour Codes.
• Handle labour department licences, registrations, returns and inspections.

HR Responsibilities

• Recruitment and manpower planning.
• Performance management systems and reviews.
• Training and development.
• Framing and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
• Employee engagement and grievance handling.

Administration

• Facility management and housekeeping.
• Security and gate management.
• Transport and travel.
• Canteen and staff welfare.
• Vendor and AMC management.
• Statutory licences and government liaison.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience, including in a manufacturing company with turnover of INR 50 Cr+.
• Manufacturing background is mandatory; process / chemical / plastics industry preferred.
• Proven experience in industrial relations and labour law compliance.• Ability to lead a team of 4 - 10 people.
• Graduate in any discipline.
