About the Role:
As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Human Resources team by providing efficient and accurate administrative assistance. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
· Recruitment and Onboarding:
o Prepare and maintain recruitment materials like job descriptions, new hire orientation presentation, company presentation
o Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics.
o Support with new hire onboarding processes, including paperwork, benefits enrolment, and orientation.
· Employee Relations:
o Maintain employee files and records (physically and electronically).
o Process payroll and benefits administration tasks accurately and efficiently (attendance, regular medical check-ups, meal vouchers).
o Provide administrative support for performance management activities.
o Assist with leave management and employee relations inquiries.
o Create and Update employees profiles in Colorful platform
· HR Administration:
o Manage HR databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
o Prepare reports and presentations on HR admin activity
o Assist with the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
o Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements for HR team members.
· Other Duties:
o Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.
o Stay informed about Romanian labour laws and regulations.
o Maintain confidentiality and discretion for all employee information.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR administrative role for companies with over 250 employees.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Proficient in MS Office Suite, with excellent Excel skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to manage confidential information discreetly.
· Familiarity with Romanian labour laws and regulations
