职位描述
1、协助进行社招/校招，包括简历搜集和筛选、候选人邀约、面试跟进等； 2、定期梳理人才配置需求，按照招聘计划推进实施； 3、协助HRBP支持业务部门人力资源工作，如线上线下员工活动、组织氛围打造、企业文化宣传等。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，人资专业、管理学等相关专业，2025届、2026届均可； 2、每周至少实习4天，连续实习3个月及以上； 3、想往人力资源方向发展，对互联网行业感兴趣； 4、较好沟通能力和抗压能力，充满工作激情，有较强的团队合作精神； 5、较好的文案编辑能力，擅长PS、海报设计等优先考虑。
