-组织并跟进业务团队的人才招聘，梳理关键岗位招聘需求并形成招聘计划，结合内外部资源，高效、高质量完成招聘任务； -结合业务发展需求，绘制行业人才画像并进行本地化，与HRBP保持密切沟通，制定并执行招聘策略； -开拓和利用各种招聘渠道，完成高价值岗位招聘目标，执行人才甄选和面试工作； -负责校园招聘及校企合作项目，支持阶段性或项目性工作的达成； -了解所支持部门的业务状况，高效协同合作，提供招聘模块的专业解决方案； -结合蔚来价值观体系和招聘实践，优化招募标准与方法，树立雇主品牌； -维护公司的人才资源储备库； -招聘平台管理与数据分析；
职位要求
-本科及以上学历，2025届毕业生； -真诚踏实，自我驱动，具备独立思考和快速学习能力； -做事积极主动，良好的沟通协调和抗压能力； -有汽车、互联网、零售等行业背景为佳，能适应快速发展的工作环境与节奏。
