职位描述： 1、根据岗位描述进行简历的筛选、搜索并进行简历的推荐以及候选人意向沟通； 2、负责跟进面试安排、面试反馈等招聘流程； 3、负责招聘渠道开拓及维护，更新招聘信息，负责人才市场的盘点和研究； 4、协助进行人力资源相关的数据统计工作，协助探索招聘的极佳实践。
职位要求
职位要求： 1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、优秀的沟通表达能力，逻辑思维能力强； 3、为人正直、亲和力好、耐心、细致认真、负责任及抗压； 4、善于与人沟通、逻辑思维能力及应变能力较好，有团队协作精神； 5、关注前沿技术发展，热爱智驾或者汽车行业；
