职位描述
1、主导 HR 数字化项目全生命周期管理，包括需求分析、系统选型、方案设计、实施落地及持续迭代，覆盖招聘、薪酬、绩效、员工关系等核心模块； 2、深度梳理人才管理端到端业务流程，识别痛点并推动流程重构与标准化，输出可落地的蓝图方案，推动 HR 业务效能持续提升； 3、与系统交付团队、业务 HRBP 及 IT 部门协作，负责 HR 系统的规划与推进，确保系统与业务逻辑高度契合； 4、建立数据监控与报告体系，搭建 HR 数据看板，通过数据分析识别业务机会点，为 HR 决策和组织管理提供数据支撑； 5、研究人力资源数字化行业趋势与最佳实践，结合全球化业务特点，推动 HR 数字化工具与体系的创新应用。
职位要求
1、5–8 年以上相关工作经验，有 HR 业务变革项目实战经历，参与过中大型企业 HR 系统规划到实施的完整项目； 2、熟悉 HR 核心业务模块（招聘、薪酬、绩效、OD 等），有从 0 到 1 搭建或深度改造 HR 数字化平台的实操经验； 3、具备出色的业务洞察力，能将复杂业务问题转化为系统解决方案，有较强的流程设计能力，熟悉有变革管理方法论； 4、数据敏感度强，熟练使用数据分析工具（Excel/SQL/BI 工具等），能独立搭建 HR 数据模型和管理看板； 5、具备良好的项目管理和跨部门协调能力，能推动多方达成共识并高效落地； 6、积极主动，自驱力强，抗压能力强，有良好的中英文表达能力者加分； 7、能够熟练使用 AI 工具提升办公效率，了解 AI 在 HR 领域应用趋势者加分。
