Position Summary

At DuPont, we are advancing high-performance solutions that enable innovation across aerospace, semiconductor, electronics, and industrial markets.

The HQ Sales Representative supports the Vespel® business by managing customer accounts, executing commercial activities, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is critical to driving growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Account Management

• Manage assigned customer accounts.
• Support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute account plans.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing business.

Commercial Operations

• Support RFQs, pricing requests, and quote generation.
• Coordinate order-related activities.
• Maintain CRM, ERP, and pricing system data.
• Manage commercial documentation and records.
• Support forecasting, pricing, and contract activities.

Customer Support

• Serve as a key contact for pricing, delivery, lead time, and order inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues through cross-functional collaboration.
• Communicate delivery updates and quality-related information.

Business Development Support

• Support Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
• Assist with opportunity tracking and pipeline management.
• Coordinate inbound leads and customer follow-up activities.
• Support commercialization of new products and applications.

Operational Excellence

• Complete customer documentation and compliance requirements.
• Support credit and account management activities.
• Adhere to DuPont systems, processes, and policies.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, account management, or commercial operations within a B2B environment.
• Experience with quoting, pricing, RFQs, and order coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience using CRM and/or ERP platforms such as Salesforce or SAP.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-focus and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple functions.

Travel Requirement: Up to 10% travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, semiconductor, electronics, industrial manufacturing, or advanced materials industries.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and commercial processes.
• Experience with pipeline management and opportunity tracking.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, or similar systems.
• Experience supporting distributors, OEMs, or multi-channel sales models.
