The HQ Fellowship Program
The Marriott International HQ Fellowship Program offers Master of Business Administration (MBA) fellowships in a variety of departments at Marriott International’s Headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland For summer 2027, the HQ Fellowship Program will be from June 7 – August 13, 2027.
Fellows will gain hands-on experience, contribute to meaningful business initiatives, expand their professional network, and explore career opportunities within one of the world's leading hospitality companies.
Each Fellow will be assigned to a specific business discipline and work directly with Marriott leaders on strategic projects that support organizational priorities. Fellows will be empowered to bring fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and analytical thinking to real business challenges.
The hourly pay rate for this position is $44.00.

The Fellow will leverage all technical resources available to ensure they are kept at the center of key business decisions. A critical role of the Fellow will be to understand key questions that are being (or should be) asked by the business teams, identify the appropriate solutions and business information sources (including research, analytics, and third-party information) to answer such questions, and synthesize data and insights into actionable steps to drive the business forward.
