Job Description

Join our fast-moving HQ team as our next HQ Coordinator. You'll be the trusted voice of our business, the reliable first point of contact for our distributors over phone and email, keeping every interaction responsive, consistent and high-quality.

This role sits at the centre of HQ. You'll manage orders, solve problems and keep CRM records up to date, while coordinating closely with our warehouse, logistics and sales teams. Priorities shift quickly, so you'll bring a calm, resilient mindset, the ability to multi-task and problem-solve on the fly, and the versatility to adapt your communication style both verbal and non-verbal to a diverse range of trade distributors.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls and emails, and process the order queue accurately and on time
• Keep CRM records complete and up to date
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and sales to keep orders and enquiries flowing
• Own enquiries through to resolution, staying calm and organised under pressure
