The Marketing Planning team is looking for a strong planner to help drive the Planning Cycle and ensure execution for the HPS Marketing Organization to the achievement of strategic objectives of the organization. This role will lead the integrated cycles for L2/L3s teams. You will translate the leaders’ priorities into planning actions (from strategic choices to decisions and implementation) to drive a high-impact plan execution for the HPS Marketing organization. Throughout the year, you will establish organization-level business management controls to maximize budget utilization, minimize risks and allow for the agility to plan for opportunity. This role also will be responsible for enabling cross-functional L2 planning integration & enablement, with a focus on supporting smart choice points with diplomacy. You will also demonstrate excellent team leadership and development skills.
Responsibilities:
• Leads the Planning Cycles for the HPS Marketing organization partnering with the respective Finance and Marketing stakeholders to achieve the affordability goals.
• Drive quarterly affordability thru on-going risk and opportunities analysis for the respective Marketing organization.
• Lead engagement with L2 Leader to maintain awareness of marketing business updates
• Leads provision of value-added business performance analytics, optimization solutions, actionable recommendations and strategic plans based on analytical research to senior leaders.
• Defines and implements new processes, tools, and technology requirements to drive continuous improvement of marketing performance management systems.
• Drives marketing budgeting process and best practices sharing.
• Contributes innovative ideas and leads cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business.
• Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.
Education & Experience:
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, data analytics, or a related field.
Knowledge & Skills:
• Strong planning, coordination, and program management expertise
• Proven ability to partner effectively across functions and influence without direct authority
• Advanced analytical skills, including financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Experience managing complex, multi-threaded operational cadences
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive audiences
• High attention to detail with the ability to balance precision and speed

We offer:
The base pay range for this role is182800 PLN gross to277150 PLN gross annually with additional cash compensation opportunities in the form of annual cash incentive bonuses. In addition, this role may be eligible for equity awards (typically granted in the form of restricted stock units) that are independently granted by the Company's U.S. parent corporation, HP Inc., on a discretionary basis under its equity plan. Pay varies by job-related skills, effort, responsibility, working conditions, experience and work location.
