The Professional, Vendor Management – HIT (Compute, Hybrid Cloud & Aruba) is responsible for driving the growth and success of Ingram Micro's HPE business by managing strategic vendor relationships, supporting partner development initiatives, and executing vendor programs that accelerate revenue and market share.

This role serves as a key liaison between Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), Ingram Micro, and channel partners, with a focus on Compute, Hybrid Cloud, Storage, and Aruba networking solutions The successful candidate will leverage strong vendor management, partner engagement, and sales enablement skills to support business growth, recruit and develop partners, and maximize vendor investment and program effectiveness.

The ideal candidate brings experience working with HPE technologies, understands the channel ecosystem, and can effectively collaborate across sales, marketing, vendor, and partner organizations to deliver business results.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and strengthen the strategic relationship between Ingram Micro and HPE across Compute, Hybrid Cloud, Storage, and Aruba solutions
  • Support the execution of vendor business plans, programs, and initiatives to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Partner with sales teams to identify, develop, and grow business opportunities with existing and prospective partners
  • Assist with partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement activities to expand market coverage and adoption of HPE solutions
  • Educate and support partners on HPE programs, promotions, certifications, and go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor teams to execute marketing campaigns, training initiatives, and sales programs
  • Monitor business performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to improve partner engagement and sales results
  • Ensure accurate tracking and management of vendor-funded programs, incentives, and investments
  • Build strong relationships with key partner and vendor stakeholders to support long-term business growth
  • Provide market feedback and competitive insights to assist in business planning and strategy development

What You Bring to the Role

  • 3+ years of experience in vendor management, channel sales, business development, account management, or a related technology-focused role
  • Experience working with HPE solutions, specifically Compute, Servers, Storage, Hybrid Cloud, and Aruba networking technologies
  • Understanding of the IT channel, distribution, vendor programs, and partner ecosystem
  • Sales experience with the ability to identify opportunities, support pipeline development, and drive business growth
  • Experience supporting partner recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management initiatives
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, operations, and vendor organizations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business performance data and identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • HPE certifications or experience with HPE partner programs are considered an asset
