HPE Networking営業（大手自動車メーカー担当）This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

【職務内容】
名古屋を拠点として、日本を代表する大手自動車メーカーグループを中心にアカウント営業を担当し、担当売上目標の達成に向けた営業戦略の策定および実行を担います。

• お客様および販売パートナーとの信頼関係を構築・維持し、中長期的なビジネス拡大を推進する
• お客様の事業課題やIT戦略、ネットワークインフラの構築・運用状況を理解し、最適なソリューションを提案する
• 社内の技術部門、サポート部門、製品担当、サービス部門などと連携し、お客様およびパートナーの課題解決をリードする
• 国内外の関係者と協力しながら大規模プロジェクトや戦略案件を推進する
• 継続的な自己研鑽を通じて、営業スキルおよび業界知識の向上を図る

【必須な経験と知識】
・IT業界における法人営業経験１０年以上
・お客様や社内外の関係者と良好な関係を構築できるコミュニケーション能力
・チームワークを重視し、主体的に行動できること
・プレゼンテーションおよび提案活動のスキル
・新しい技術や市場動向を積極的に学ぶ姿勢

【あると好ましい経験と知識】

・ネットワーク関係の営業経験

・製造業または自動車業界向け営業経験
