HP Spark Management Associate - Manufacturing Engineer (Penang)

What a HP Spark Management Associate - Manufacturing Engineer (Penang) does at HP:

• Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and management of various projects within your department.

• Data Analysis: Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to support business decisions.

• Technical Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and improve processes.

• Product Development: Contribute to the development and testing of new products or services.

• Stakeholders Engagement Client Interaction Engage with clients and internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.

• Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.

• Technical Skills:

  • Process Simulation and Modeling

  • Statistical Process Control (SPC)

  • Lean Manufacturing Principles

  • Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer

  • Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma)

  • Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Software Proficiency

  • Control Systems and Automation

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across various departments.

• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship experience in a related field is a plus.

• Knowledge of

  • Six Sigma

  • CAD (Solidwork/ Creo Modeling)

  • PLC

• Experience with :

  • Minitab/JMP

  • Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk

  • SQL
