Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Technical Skills:
Process Simulation and Modeling
Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Lean Manufacturing Principles
Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer
Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma)
Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Software Proficiency
Control Systems and Automation
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across various departments.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship experience in a related field is a plus.

PLC
Experience with :
Minitab/JMP
