We are looking for an experienced finance professional who understands complex business models, needs well rounded business finance experience and strong data and quantitative analysis. A solid digital knowledge will be a key success factor in the role. Consolidating & distilling complex financial interdependencies into digestible, explainable, and actionable outcomes will be key to success in this role. The candidate’s critical thinking, judgement and influence will be important in the role.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and consolidate the Markets financial input by division (Flash, MEC, Budget / Quota)

Provide high level narratives, and bridges in collaboration with the market’s analysts.

Drive audit of existing setup by market and provide recommendations to implement the management of change for any financial processes which will be identified as opportunity.

Help with standardization and simplification of the financial processes and reporting

Drive automation of the existing financial processes through AI

Provide leadership team with any areas of improvement identified

Education and Experience Required:

First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.

Typically, 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst.

Typically experienced in a variety of finance functions.

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.

Excellent analytical skills.

Superior business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).

Superior communication and influencing skills.

Superior teamwork skills

Excellent business acumen.
