Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 Base+Commission/month

Semersky Enterprises, Inc DBA Audi Exchange Highland park is looking to add Automotive Service Advisor team members to our team of professionals. What you'll do for us
- Greet clients upon arrival to the service department
- Sell various services
- Advises customers on recommended repairs and communicates repair status with customers
- Maintain high customer satisfaction rates
- Coordinates with BDC to ensure loaners are available when needed
- Acts as a liaison between technicians and customers
- Writes brief and accurate description of customer's concern about their vehicle to ensure technician is aware of work that needs to be completed

QualificationsWhat you offer us

- Previous experience in an automotive service department
- Previous experience writing repair tickets
- Previous experience with CDK
