We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bindery and Digital Press Machine Operator to operate and maintain specialized printing machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital press printing and finishing operations with the ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance while adhering to all rules and regulations mandated by safety policies and procedures to produce a superior product.
Schedule
Monday-Thursday 5am-3pm
Overtime will be necessary during high-peak production seasons.

Requirements
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience operating specialized print press machinery.
· Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
· Must be fluent in English, with strong reading and writing skills to interpret technical documents, job specifications, complete reports, and communicate effectively with team members.
· Familiarity with safety standards, 6S and quality control procedures.
· Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Must have a flexible schedule during high production Peak Seasons.
Physical Requirements
· While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time
· Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
