Job Description

  • Resolves technical issues within the tool room.
  • Designs Wax/Finishing fixture tooling.
  • Assists Engineering on tool construction.
  • Manually Programs and basic setup CNC machines.
  • Supports manufacturing in CNC area.
  • Writes NC code to run on CNC machines.
  • Complies with all EHS rules required for the work environment.
  • Performs other duties, as assigned.
  1. Education
  • This position requires a minimum of an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  1. Skills and Abilities
  • Operating manual and CNC lathes, mills, and other shop equipment.
  • Working to close dimensions/tolerances (+/- .001 and better).
  • Finishing and hand-working parts to tight tolerances and high surface finishes.
  • Self-starter requiring a minimum amount of supervision.
  • Good ability to work with others and a genuine interest in being part of a team.
