
Aramark Collegiate Hospitality is seeking a Food Production Manager (Kitchen Manager) to oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations for the dining program at Howard University in Washington, D.C. Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Food Production Manager is responsible for planning, administering, and directing all activities related to food production and kitchen operations while ensuring compliance with Aramark standards, client expectations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
This role provides leadership and support to the culinary team, driving operational excellence, food quality, food safety, and employee engagement. The Food Production Manager will establish and maintain effective working relationships with campus partners and dining leadership to deliver an exceptional dining experience for students, faculty, staff, and guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong culinary expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to creating a positive and customer-focused dining environment.
COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $80,000.00 to $95,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
