The Salvation Army Northern Division Harbor Light Center (HLC) and satellite locations is “Doing the Most Good” by providing shelter, housing, and holistic, person-centered, supportive services to over 300 single adults each night. HLC also offers worship services, pastoral care, and connections to community partners.
The Case Manager provides individualized case management to support adult participants in achieving housing, employment, and self-sufficiency goals. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate participant records, recruiting eligible participants, and promoting social services programs. Additionally, the Case Manager engages in community outreach, supports organizational initiatives, and facilitates educational opportunities to connect participants with valuable resources.
