Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.98 Hourly

Job Category: ManagementThe Shepherd of Grace - Becker Campus is seeking an experienced Housing Manager to lead housing operations across our Independent Apartments, Assisted Living, and Memory Care community. This leadership role is responsible for occupancy management, regulatory compliance, resident engagement, housekeeping supervision, and maintaining a safe living environment.
Housing Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housing operations and ensure exceptional customer service and hospitality
- Manage occupancy processes including inquiries, tours, applications, lease signings, move-ins, and move-outs
- Maintain compliance with fair housing regulations and applicable laws
- Supervise housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, payroll approval, evaluations, and team meetings
- Ensure building cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and timely unit turnovers
- Coordinate rent collection, approve invoices, maintain records, and manage office and activity supply inventories
- Engages tenants/residents in life‑enrichment activities and ensures everyone has the opportunity to participate both on‑site and within the community
- Conduct housing inspections, emergency preparedness planning, and assist with audits
- Engage residents, families, volunteers, and community partners to promote a vibrant campus culture
- Support residents and families in accessing community resources and services

QualificationsHousing Manager

Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ experience in housing or management of property
- Must have experience working with older adults
- Must have good interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively communicate both in written and verbal form in English
- Must have three (3) years supervisory experience
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Two year degree in business administration, management, sales/marketing, property management or related field – preferred or enhanced experience in housing
- Must be able to work independently, have strong organization skills, be self-motivated and ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced work environment
