Boulder County Housing Department is seeking to hire a Housing Developer. Our Housing Development team advances the mission to provide safe, high-quality, affordable homes and housing services for individuals and families across the country. We are developing 101 multifamily units and 80 permanently affordable single-family homes. Stable housing strengthens health, educational outcomes, and community well-being — and we are committed to expanding equitable access to these opportunities.
We are excited to announce a Housing Developer position on a highly skilled, collaborative, and community-focused team working to increase the availability of affordable housing throughout Boulder County.
This full-time, benefits-eligible position is primarily based in Longmont and Lafayette at 518 Coffman Street in Longmont, CO. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Under Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) guidelines this position is exempt.
Boulder County employees must reside within Colorado by their first day of employment.
Hiring Salary Range: $104,004.00 - $126,906.00 annually
New employees receive an80-hour bank of vacation at the time of hire, in addition to 8 hours of both vacation and medical leave accruals each month (Must not have been employed at Boulder County during the 12 months prior to re-hire date to qualify). Boulder County offers bountiful benefits, including pension contributions.
