Plummer Youth Promise is seeking a compassionate, organized, and proactive Housing Coordinator to support young adults in securing and maintaining safe, stable housing as they transition toward independence.
The Housing Coordinator plays a critical role in helping young adults navigate the housing search process, build independent living skills, and maintain successful tenancies. This position combines direct support, advocacy, case coordination, and community networking to help young adults achieve long-term housing stability and personal growth.

The anticipated hiring range for this position is $55,325–$62,550 annually ($26.60–$30.07 per hour), based on qualifications and experience. This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime pay.
