In this role, you will serve as a positive role model, walking alongside young people as they transition into independent living. Support youth as they move into their first apartments, helping them navigate challenges, build life skills, and overcome barriers in order to be successful. Be a guiding presence as they prepare for adulthood and work toward achieving independence.
Benefits:
Compensation: In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary for this Colorado position is a rate of $23.37 per hour for a Housing Coach I and a rate of $24.00/hour for a Housing Coach II.

Based in Littleton, CO, and serving primarily Colorado youth and families, we provide therapeutic care and services, including educational programming, day treatment, residential care, and community based outpatient services, as well as independent living and wrap-around services. We strongly believe in building a circle of support around each youth in our care. We work closely with families and social services personnel.
